Grapes are harvested in 44-pound boxes, ensuring that the fruit arrives at the winemaking cellar in optimal conditions. Grape-ripening controls determine the right time for harvesting, which is carried out in stages at our estate in Bocos de Duero.
All the wines we produce are reds, and are distinguished by their ageing process. The wines are always aged separately, in barrels from different sources, depending on the fermenting process and time. The casks intensify the natural properties of the variety, which are combined with the spicy quality provided by oak.
