Tinto Roble
- Red wine
- Produced from 100% Tempranillo or "Tinta del Pais"
- Fermentation at 26ºC and maceration process during 20 days
- 4 months in mixed French and American oak casks
- We recommended to server between 16-18ºC
- An ideal accompaniment for great variety of meats dishes, cheeses and sausages
Tasting note: The exposure of our vineyards to the western sun and exhaustive controls during the "green" operations on every vine result in the greater concentration of phenolic compounds in this wine. Its appearance is enrobed in blackish cardinal reds and its aromatic phase evinces a superb nose, where jammy fruit melds with the spicy character of the delicate wood, in the mouth gives an unctuous and consistent feel on the tongue. (Contains sulphites).
