- Produced from 100% Tempranillo or "Tinta del Pais"
- Fermentation at 26ºC and maceration process during 20 days.
- We recommended to server between 16-18ºc.
- An ideal accompaniment for vegetables, great variety of meats dishes, cheeses and sausages.
Tasting note: Garnet mulberry-red with a purple rim. An intense aroma, pleasant fruity notes of blackberries, raspberries and forest fruits over a background that hints of fermentation underscored by dairy notes. Powerful, very well armed with tannins. Tasty and pleasant, with a certain evocation of spices. Fresh and fruity. (Contains sulphites.)
